We have a No Refund/ Return/ Cancellation Policy for our products. All sales made are final.

We offer size exchange due to incorrect size (only for products that come in different sizes). We do not provide reverse pick-up facilities. A forward shipping + reverse shipping charge (depending on the location) will be applicable for any exchange request if the required size is available.

*One Size/Free size products are Not Eligible for an exchange.

*If the product’s required size is out of stock, it’s not eligible for an exchange.

For exchange of an eligible product, you can DM us or drop a message on 8860535242 with your Name and order details, within 24 hrs of delivery.

After the product arrives back to us, it would undergo a quality check for unused condition with tags intact. After it passes the quality check, the requested size will be shipped to the customer.

The product should be in the original condition, and the Exchange should be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Only the products which are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging will be qualified for Exchange and NOT for reasons such as You simply don’t like the colour, design, material, or style; you changed your mind after making the payment; the item does not meet your personal taste or expectation beyond sizing issues etc.
